Shipping:

Shipping costs:
For orders with a purchase amount of €30 or more, we do not charge shipping costs. If you place an order with a purchase amount less than €30, we charge shipping costs of €4.95.

Returns:
You have the right to return ordered items without giving a reason within 14 days of purchase. You send your return to Hafkamp Modeschoenen, Reply Number 6197, 1320 WB. The return shipment is completely free for you. There is a possibility to drop off your order in one of our stores. Check our opening hours here.

How should I send the return shipment?
Prepare your return for shipment. You will receive your order in a convenient shipping bag. This bag has an extra adhesive strip. Place your return with the packing slip back into the bag and seal the return bag. Please cover the shipping label so that PostNL does not make any mistakes?
