Shipping, payment, and returns
Payment methods:
You can pay online using iDEAL, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and various credit cards.
Order confirmation:
After paying for your order, you will receive an order confirmation in your email. This also serves as your invoice. Please keep it safe, as it acts as your proof of warranty.
Shipping:
We strive to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. You will receive your order within 1-3 business days after payment. We only ship within the Netherlands. If you live elsewhere, please contact us at klantenservice@hafkampmodeschoenen.nl.
Shipping costs:
For orders with a purchase amount of €30 or more, we do not charge shipping costs. If you place an order with a purchase amount less than €30, we charge shipping costs of €4.95.
Who will ship my order:
All shipments are handled by PostNL.
Returns:
You have the right to return ordered items without giving a reason within 14 days of purchase. You can send your return to Hafkamp Modeschoenen, response number 6197, 1320 WB. The return shipment is completely free for you. It is also possible to drop off your order at one of our stores. Click here for our opening hours.

How should I send the return?
Prepare your return for shipment. You receive your order in a convenient shipping bag. This bag has an extra adhesive strip. Place your return with the packing slip back into the bag and seal it. Please cover the shipping label so PostNL does not make any mistakes.
