What your visit looks like
You tell us what you are looking for and take a seat at the FootBalance scanner in our store on Stationsstraat. We look at the foot shape together and discuss the shoes you wear daily.
Then it is all about trying on. We compare models and discuss whether a possible insole fits your shoes and wishes. Do you already have insoles from a podiatrist or podotherapist? Bring them with you.
The scan and advice are free. There is no purchase obligation. The scanner is exclusively located in Almere.

At Hafkamp we work with the black, green and silver FootBalance insoles. During the fitting we look at which model and which shoe suit you.
Medical Black
Black, individually shaped FootBalance insoles. We adjust the support together with your shoes.
Medical Green Soft
Green FootBalance insoles with a soft top layer. We discuss suitability during the personal fitting.
Medical Silver
Silver, individually shaped FootBalance insoles. We choose the model based on fit and your wishes.

We listen and look
Tell us what you notice and which shoes you wear. The free 3D foot scan helps us with advice on foot shape, size and fit.

You try on and compare
We try on shoes and discuss insoles if necessary. If FootBalance insoles are suitable, we shape them to your feet and fit them in your shoes.

You experience it yourself
If you choose insoles, you pay €109.99 and take them with you immediately. You have 4 weeks (28 days) to try them. Not satisfied? Bring them back within that period for your purchase price.
What does a 3D foot scan say?
The scan helps us look at your foot shape when advising on shoes and support. It is not a medical diagnosis and not a replacement for investigation into pain, nerve complaints or an injury.
What do you bring?
- The shoes you wear a lot or experience discomfort in.
- Your everyday socks and any personal insoles.
- An existing treatment advice if that has an influence on your shoe choice.
For the appointment we reserve 30 minutes. Choose an available moment yourself above.

Is the foot scan really free?
Yes. The 3D foot scan and the personal shoe advice are free and without purchase obligation. You do not have to buy insoles or shoes.
How much do the insoles cost?
A pair of FootBalance insoles costs €109.99, including fitting. The insoles are shaped to your feet in the store and are ready immediately.
How does trying for 4 weeks work?
You pay at purchase. Do not like the insoles? Bring them back to the store within 4 weeks (28 days) after purchase and you get your purchase price back.
Can I come with my own insoles?
Yes. Bring your current insoles and the shoes you wear often. We help you with shoes that fit that combination.
Where is the scanner located and how long does the appointment take?
The 3D foot scanner is located in our store at Stationsstraat 62, 1315 KJ Almere-Stad. For an appointment we reserve 30 minutes.
Does the scan determine where my pain comes from?
No. We use the scan for shoe and insole advice. For determining or treating a medical cause you go to a suitable healthcare provider.
